By virtue of scientific and reasonable design, the Macromolecule Elastomer Membrane Plate Chamber Filter features high mechanical strength, stable structure, structural durability and convenient operation and maintenance.
(a) The girder is processed by 25# channel steel;
(b) Fixed pressing plate, active pressing plate and support of oil cylinder are welded by Q345B steel plate, processed with tempering flaw detection and thermal deformation elimination and finishing integration, which has a high overall strength and is free of deformation;
(c) Hydraulic compression is adopted for compressing mechanism, which is of stable operation and large pressing force, and can ensure the filter plate sealing is free of spraying phenomenon when filtering at 0.6-1.0MPa after compressing the filter plate.
