Grease filter press can achieve the whole process automation of filtration, pressing, forward and backward blowing, hot oil washing and filter cake transportation. "
The principle difference of membrane filter press, compared with general chamber filter press, lies in the elastic membrane plate installed between filter plate and filter cloth. Over the course of operation, high-pressure fluid medium can be injected into the gap between filter plate and membrane after completion of feeding, then the whole membrane will summon up to oppress the filter cake for further dewatering, which is known as pressure filtration.
In the membrane plate filter press, sufficient filter cake formed by the materials will be injected into the membrane plate by high water or air pressure, and then the membrane will swell and compress the filter cake, reducing the water content of filter cake in a further step.





Notes
Arrange the filter plates orderly near the end of fixed plate before pressing the filter plate, and avoid beam bending and deformation resulted from improper placement.
Inject the hydraulic oil into the oil tank to specified oil level through the oil filter. Do not let water and sundries enter in the oil tank and avoid the hydraulic elements from being rusted or blocked.
Feed pressure shall not exceed the normal filtering pressure of the equipment, or the filter plate will be damaged.
Anyone who is not trained on equipment and system maintenance is not allowed to open the electric cabinet for wiring; otherwise, it may cause malfunction due to wiring error.
Cut off the main power switch of filter press in process of equipment maintenance.
